[STRATEGY] Should a max TH9 always be able to 3 star another max TH9?

So, when I was max TH8 I knew I could take out the top two TH8s in every war with either mass dragaloon or GOVAHO. I felt strong and like a key player in my clan.Now, I'm approaching max TH9 but I'm struggling to get anywhere near three starring a max TH9. I can two star them no problem, but my attacks always run out of steam. I've tried lavaloon, GOBOHO and witch slap but nothing gets more than two against a fully max TH9.My war troops are max TH9 but my heroes are currently 20/20. I can three star a nearly max th9 with level 2 xbows and not max walls.So, am I just a shit attacker and need to "gitgud" or are there some bases that are just difficult for a TH9 to three star on a first hit? via /r/ClashOfClans http://ift.tt/2yI8GUK
